Alexandre Charasse is a French Pastry Chef and Chocolatier whose impressive culinary career has seen him in three Michelin star institutions, luxury hotels, cruise liners and private yachts.
In 2009 Chef Alexandre ventured to Melbourne and debuted as a Pastry Chef at renowned three hat restaurant Vue De Monde. He then went on to master High Tea at the Hotel Windsor, and has graced iconic Melbourne institutions including the National Gallery of Victoria, the Regent Theatre, Chez Dre Cafe and Bibelot South Melbourne.
Chef Alexandre now shares his culinary knowledge and passion with the next generation of chefs at Melbourne Polytechnic.
