Adriel Lahens is a New York hospitality guru with over 22 years of experience in the food industry as a General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, Wine Sommelier, Executive Chef and Brand Ambassador. Adriel has worked in establishments ranging from 3 Michelin starred restaurants to Five-Diamond Hotels, to some of New York cities most exclusive nightclubs and bars. He has authored food and beverage menus for restaurants and bars, and consulted on recipe development and venue creation. Adriel relishes in sharing his knowledge through hosting Cooking and Cocktail classes, along with sharing his insight as a Sommelier to make wine more accessible to everyone. Given Adriel’s formal education in wine and hospitality, he prides himself in sharing his knowledge with his staff, guests and students, making his experiences inclusive, friendly and anecdotal. Adriel currently works with impressive brands such as Moet Hennessy, bringing trending food and beverage insight to the table! Adriel also founded business New York Foodies which ran a restaurant rescue campaign supporting the local hospitality industry in New York City throughout COVID-19.
