WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this fun and exciting online masterclass, our expert Mixologist will enlighten you with some fantastic bartender tips and tricks to fashioning a series of impressive classic cocktails. They will then demonstrate how to take your cocktails to the next level with some festive flair, teaching you how to make five Christmas Cocktails including:-

  • Kir Royale

  • Christmas Cosmopolitan

  • Christmas Punch

  • Christmas inspired Espresso Martini

  • Eggnog


Discover some fun facts behind the history of cocktail making and learn how to fashion some funky garnishes too. By the end of this experience, you will have mastered new easy cocktail recipes to impress your friends with at your Christmas Celebrations!

  • Feel free to make one, some or all of the cocktails - it's completely up to you!

  • We would be more than happy to customise this event by featuring your favourite cocktails! Let us know which ones you might like to make and leave the rest to us!

  • Once we have confirmation of your ticket purchase, we will send you all the necessary instructions including your Zoom Meeting ID and Password, a recipe card and a list of ingredients that you personally will need to source and purchase in order to participate in this class.

  • We can cater to different dietary requirements, so please let us know in advance!

  • Your fabulous self with an open mind, heart and empty belly.

  • Your ingredients as provided in our ingredients list.

  • Your recipe card as provided by us.

  • All of the equipment that you will require to mix up your cocktails with. However don’t stress if you don’t have any cocktail ware, as we will make suggestions for what you can find at home that will do the trick!

WHO WILL HOST THIS EVENT:

This experience is hosted by Chef Instructor James, who is an Italian Cook, Bartender, Photographer and Videographer. After completing his Masters Degree in Law in Italy, James decided to completely change the course of his life and move down under in pursuit of a new adventure. Having worked with the likes of David Jones Food Hall and Dan Murphy's, James has a great passion and vast knowledge for everything alcohol, with a passion for cocktails and wines. He loves to shed light on the story behind the beverage whilst sharing the art of bartending and all of the experiences that have shaped him.
